Samim is an accomplished and compassionate Registered Nurse, with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. With experience in numerous subsections of the healthcare system, he exemplifies a profound commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and support to individuals in need. Motivated by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others’ lives, Samim has assumed the pivotal role of Director and Founder at TeamR Care. He is dedicated to offering personalised and comprehensive support, ensuring that participants achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Samim directs his efforts towards enhancing the well-being of individuals and contributing to the overall improvement of the community. Through TeamR Care, he introduces innovative and person-centred solutions to address the diverse needs of clients within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework. Samim envisions participants not only receiving essential services but also experiencing a profound sense of fulfilment and inclusion. He is committed to fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth among participants, firmly believing that the true success of TeamR Care is measured by the positive impact it makes on the lives of those it supports.

Sahra

Meet Sahra, a compassionate and dedicated advocate with a wealth of experience spanning various sectors including healthcare, community, disability, and migration. Over the course of a decade, Sahra has committed herself to continuous learning, specialising in supporting individuals with diverse needs, including mental health challenges, autism, and intellectual disabilities.

Her extensive experience in the community services and disability sectors has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in delivering effective support. Throughout her career, Sahra has taken on diverse roles, including support worker, mentor, psychosocial therapy coach, therapeutic assistant for complex psychological cases, NDIS support coordinator, group facilitator, education trainer, welfare officer, and placement officer. Each role has allowed her to pursue her passion for making a positive impact while gaining invaluable knowledge and skills. Sahra’s educational journey reflects her commitment to professional growth. With studies in community services, counselling, social science, and her ongoing pursuit of a social work degree, she remains dedicated to expanding her expertise and enhancing her ability to advocate for those in need.
